Under the Ontario government Bill 157, employees of school boards, transportation providers as well as Service de transport Francobus employees must report to the school principal or designate at the earliest safe opportunity any activity or action that may lead to a suspension.

Bullying.
Any other activity for which a student may be suspended under board policy.
